A Phase IIb clinical trial is currently accruing patients with chemotherapy-refractory metastatic colorectal cancer in the USA. A Phase II/III randomized, controlled clinical trial in advanced liver cancer is scheduled for launch in early 2022. Proprietary “artificial lymph node” bioreactors are expected to enable the economical high cell density scale-up of AlloStim® and a novel frozen dosage form enable extended shelf life and economical distribution.
