Mr. Keith Loo is the Founder, Chairman and Group CEO of Bradbury Group.
A successful banker turned businessman, Keith has more than 2 decades of experience in private banking, investment banking and business management. Throughout his career, he has held several senior positions in LGT Bank (Singapore) Ltd, Julius Baer Singapore and Credit Suisse (Singapore). He is technically well versed and experienced with a wide range of investment asset classes in the global financial markets. He is also experienced in strategic private equity investments, with a portfolio that spans across e-commerce, green energy technologies & automotives, biotechnology, real estate and A.I.
Keith is Singaporean and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil & Structural Engineering from Nanyang Technology University, Singapore.
Mr. Kelvin Cheng is the Chief Operating Officer of Bradbury Securities Limited. He is responsible for the business operations of the company and the formulation of its corporate strategies.
Before joining Bradbury, he was Director and Responsible Officer at Pixiu Asset Management Limited (trading as APX Capital), where he oversaw fund operations, regulatory filings, and investment monitoring. From 2022 to 2024, he served as Senior Operations Director at Usmart Securities Limited, managing the daily operations of regulated activities including dealing, settlement, and asset management. He also led KYC procedures and discretionary portfolio oversight. Earlier in his career, Kelvin held senior roles at Yunfeng Financial Group, HF Asset Management, and CVP Securities, where he was responsible for brokerage operations, compliance, and client services. He began his career at Convoy Financial Services Limited and has since built deep expertise across front, middle, and back-office functions.
Kelvin holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from the Australian National University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Hong Kong Baptist University. He is a licensed Responsible Officer under the SFC for RA1, RA2, RA4, RA5, and RA9.
Mr. Timothy Chan is a Responsible Officer of Bradbury Securities Limited. He is responsible for the company’s daily dealing operations conducted under its Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 4 (advising on securities) license as regulated under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
He has over 30 years of experience in managing a securities brokerage business and brings with him valuable knowledge in securities related transactions and investments. Over the years, Mr. Chan has built-up a strong working relationship with various financial institutions and governing bodies within the financial industry of Hong Kong.
Mr. Chan is a Hong Kong citizen and is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Securities Professional Association and an executive committee member of the Hong Kong Basketball Association. He was the President of Rotary Club of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong from 2003 to 2004.
Mr. Ernest Cheong is a Hong Kong citizen with over 12 years of experience as a licensed individual in the financial services industry and commercial management in various organisations.
From 2008 to 2016, Ernest held the position of licensed Responsible Officer at notable institutions including STI Securities & Wealth Management Co. Ltd, STI Asset Management Co. Ltd, Artephius Partners Ltd, Seekers Advisors H.K. Ltd, Rexcapital Asset Management Co. Ltd and Superfund Financial (HK) Ltd. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2008, he held the role of Licensed Investment Representative at Canadian Eastern Finance Hong Kong Ltd (a subsidiary of Cheung Kong Holdings Ltd) and Redford Assets Management Ltd. In addition, he served as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Auditing Committee member for Qianlong Technologies Holdings Ltd, a Hong Kong listed company from 2007 to 2010.
Ernest holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from the University Of Western Ontario, Canada. He also attended an Executive Course in Political, Financial and Economics at Peking University.
Ms. Carman Chan is a Hong Kong citizen with more than 12 years of experience as a licensed individual across various sectors within the Hong Kong financial industry. This includes managing daily operations of companies, advising IPO listings, conceptualising financial products and investment portfolio management.
From 2015 to 2017, Carman served as Independent Non-Executive Director at Zhi Cheng Holdings Ltd. Prior to that, from 2008 till 2015, she held several prominent positions in financial institutions, including Executive Director & COO at Iridium Capital Ltd, Executive Director at Enerchine Investment Management Ltd, Listing Advisor at Continental Advisors (Germany) and Investor Relations Director at China Boon Holdings Ltd. From 2004 to 2008, Carman was the Assistant Vice President at BSI Generali Asia Ltd, Associate Director at Emperor Securities Ltd and a private banker at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC).
Carman holds an MBA from the University Of Wales, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kwantlen University Of Vancouver, Canada.
Mr. Billy Yeoh is a Malaysian citizen and has almost 2 decades of experience in the wealth management and private banking sector. He is highly experienced in managing sales teams and high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) client relationships. He brings with him valuable technical knowledge of capital markets from years of managing investment portfolios and navigating risks.
Previously, Billy was a team leader for a Great Eastern group, outsourced by OCBC Bank, before joining Citigold Wealth Management, where he achieved the nation’s coveted top award for the highest number of clients acquired for Citigold Malaysia. He then spent the next 11 years in Amlnvestment Bank’s AmPrivate division as a Senior Private Client Manager.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom in 2002 and is a Capital Market Services Representative License (CMSRL) holder with the Securities Commission of Malaysia.
A prominent figure in Malaysia’s financial scene, Dato’ Amin spent the first 15 years of his career in Bank Negara Malaysia (Central Bank of Malaysia), where he was instrumental in setting up the Task Force for the formation of the Banking and Financial Institution Act (BAFIA) 1989 and establishing the DGI. His contributions extended to the restructuring of the cooperatives, bank and finance companies’ mergers and acquisitions, improving cheque clearance systems as well as enhancing BNM branch operations and Islamic Banking procedures.
With his strong foundation in banking and finance, he later on contributed to the nation’s housing development as Managing Director of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad, where he oversaw the development of 150,000 units of affordable housing throughout Malaysia with a GDV of RM 1billion over 6 years. After that, Dato’ Amin held directorial positions at LGM Properties Corporation and Trive Property Group Berhad from 2010 to 2016. Currently he also serves as Director of Strategic Business Development at AE Carbon Capital Limited.
Dato’ Amin holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), a Bachelor of Science (Finance) from California State University and an MBA from US International University.
Mr Stanley Yap Chee Cheng has more than 23 years of banking experience across several areas including retail banking, commercial and corporate banking, international trade finance, branch operations, offshore Labuan investment banking, SWIFT implementation, fund management and trust services.
Prior to joining Bradbury Investment Bank Limited as COO, he served as Principal Officer of Eurasia Trust A.G, a managed trust company incorporated in Labuan. Before that, he held the position of Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO at Asia Pacific Investment Bank Ltd, Labuan, where he was responsible for establishing the bank’s workforce, overseeing overall business and management collaboration between local financial institutions, market development and implementing the bank’s SWIFT system. From 2013 to 2018, he served as Deputy Director of Bank of China (Malaysia) Berhad, where he managed daily branch operations and business development initiatives with China’s State Owned Enterprises (SOE). His earlier experience in HSBC Corporate Banking provided him with valuable exposure to MNCs and listed companies.
Stanley holds a Bachelor of Public Management and Master of Science (Information Technology) from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
